Do I need prior experience to ride a horse?
No prior experience is needed. Our guides are trained to ensure your safety and enjoyment, regardless of your skill level.
How many horses are available for clients?
We have 32 horses, with 25 dedicated to serving our clients and the rest used for guiding tours.
What's the maximum weight limit for riders?
The maximum weight limit is 220 pounds (100 kg) to ensure the safety of both riders and horses.
What's the maximum group size per tour?
The maximum group size is 10 people. We limit the number of participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Is it safe for pregnant women?
The activity is not recommended for pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy.
What is the minimum age for participation?
The recommended minimum age is one year, provided that parents are aware and accept the associated risks.
How long does the tour last?
The tour is designed to last approximately one hour, although the actual time may vary slightly depending on the pace of riding.
What's included in the tour price?
The price includes the allocation of a horse suited to your needs, a riding helmet, lockers for your belongings, one hour of tour, and the company of an expert guide.
What should I bring?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed shoes. It's advisable to bring hydration and a hat to protect from the sun.
What's prohibited to bring?
Items that can easily fall off or scare the horses are not allowed. Pets are also prohibited.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In case of bad weather, the tour will not operate, and all bookings will be refunded, ensuring the safety of all involved.
Can I choose my own horse?
Horses are assigned by us based on the rider's needs, to ensure an optimal and safe experience.
How are the horses cared for?
Our horses are in perfect health, well-fed, regularly shod, and receive continuous veterinary visits to monitor their well-being.
What's the trail like for the tour?
The trail is wide, designed to allow two vehicles to pass simultaneously, ensuring a comfortable and safe ride.
Is it possible for more than one person to ride a horse?
Generally, we do not allow more than one person to ride a horse. We may make exceptions for children under 5 years old, at our discretion and depending on operational conditions.
